Lymphatonic gel caps along with the tincture sure help out.

"I just got them and Im going to use them along with tincture. All Herbs Etc. products are the best so given 3-4 weeks we will see. I have used the Yeast ReLeaf for maybe 12-15 years and it is absolutely the best. Then again your diet has to be on track. No sugar, no wheat no chicken usually. I do a ton more as well. Environmental contamination is real and horrific and hard to control but I have done pretty well but lots of ups and downs."
