When I need to calm down from the day to sleep, it helps soothe my nerves. This is an herbal treatment I truly do not like to be without. To add, it is non-addictive. Give it a try. I personally don't think you will be disappointed. However, remember, everyone responds differently to different things, but with Herbsetc. you can find the right herbal treatment for you."
