Black Currant Leaf: Black Currant (Ribes nigrum) is best known for its berries, but its leaf carries its own long history of traditional use across northern and central Europe and into northern Asia. The leaf contains naturally occurring flavonoids such as quercetin and kaempferol, and in European herbal traditions (particularly French phytotherapy) Black Currant became closely associated with supporting the adrenal glands and steadiness under everyday demands.

Eleuthero Root: Once commonly called "Siberian ginseng," Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) is actually a different plant from true ginseng. Adrenotonic™ also contains Sarsaparilla Root (Smilax spp.) and Fo-ti Root (Polygonum multiflorum), completing a proprietary blend designed around Herbs, Etc.'s approach to whole-formula herbalism.
