The light at the end of the tunnel should not be your bedroom.
In the past, the only thing glowing in the bedroom was the clock dial. Now it’s the cell phone, a laptop sleeping in the corner, and various iPads, drives, tablets and other gizmos. Light ignites your nervous system and disturbs the sleep cycle. The blue rays of electronic devices delay the flow of sleep-inducing melatonin. Clean up your act: move these things out of the bedroom. . . or at least cover them up.
