Springtime allergies. Oh joy.

by Herbs, Etc.

It’s beautiful. The weather is warming. The flowers are blooming. People are smiling.

Except for you.

You see what others don’t. The signs that allergy season has arrived. The signs that misery is just around the next privet hedge.

For those of you lucky folks that don’t know what it’s like to keep the windows tightly shut and hide indoors, here are some of the signs that seasonal allergies have arrived.

Trees, bushes, flowers or grasses are blooming. Although they’re pretty, they are also pretty full of allergen rich pollen. Some you can see, such as when the pollen plumes rise off of Juniper in the Southwest.

Other pollen is less easily seen.

The tell-tale sign allergy has arrived? You’re reaching for the last tissue and you cry.

If you need some tips to make the allergy season less oppressive, start by reading past blog posts.

You may also want to consider using herbs.

Herbs, including Eyebright, Stinging Nettles and Licorice root, have traditionally been used to help allergy sufferers.

Vitamins and nutrients, including Quercetin, vitamin C and vitamin B5, have traditionally been used to help support the immune system.

If a formulation that includes these herbs, vitamins and nutrients sounds like something you might be interested in, you’ll find them all in Allergy ReLeaf System®.

Just think, this allergy season you might actually open the windows.

What joy!
