Get into a routine.
Your body appreciates routine. Establish and stick to a sleep schedule that’s in tune with your body’s natural circadian rhythms.
Rise and retire at the same times each day.
Nap before 3pm.
Get in bed by 10 or 10:30pm.
Why? From 11pm–1am your deepest organs carry out the majority of their restorative, cleansing and repairing activities. They’ll do their job better if you’re asleep.
