A few before bed no-no’s.

  • Sugary bedtime snacks will raise, then crash, your blood sugar levels, awakening you with hunger or an adrenaline rush in the middle of the night.
  • Caffeine keeps some people awake even if their last cup of coffee or caffeinated soda was seven hours before bedtime!
  • Alcohol may make you drowsy, but it prevents deeper stages of sleep.
