"I am starting to find some help with sleep by using this product. But i am a bit perplexed by the directions. The bottle says "serving size: 1 soft gel. 120 servings per container" The directions say: 1 softgel an hour before bed and one softgel at bedtime. " If the directions say to take 2 softgels per night, that comes out to 60 servings per bottle, not 120."
