It's Cleansing Time!
There are many methods to choose from.
Three are below.
1. Using lymphatic drainage massage to cleanse
In recent years, lymphatic drainage massage has been touted as an option to move lymphatic fluids and build better circulation.
If this is something you’re interested in, search for massage professionals who offer this service in your area.
Or you can do this at home yourself, but make sure to be trained by a knowledgeable manual lymphatic drainage professional first. You want to make sure you’re doing it correctly.
Keep in mind light exercise, such as a short 15 minute stroll, can also help move lymphatic fluids.
2. Using food to cleanse
Below is a short list of vegetables and fruit that have been shown to have cleansing properties.
- Beets
- Green vegetables, including kale and spinach
- Lemons
- Red fruit, including cherries, cranberries and pomegranates
Get creative! Add beets and spinach to your smoothies. Add kale to your soups and stews. Squeeze fresh cut lemons over salad, vegetables, fish -- or use them in desserts. Add dried cranberries to your yogurt. You get the idea. Meal planning has never been so cleansing.
3. Using herbal formulations to cleanse
There are a variety of herbs that when formulated together support your lymphatic system, including Lymphatonic™. Another good option is Essiac Tonic, which uses the four herb Ojibwa cleanse formula.
