Cramp ReLeaf® (Menstrual) is made with sharp menstrual cramp stopping herbs, including Black Haw, Cramp Bark and Bethroot.*

Black Haw stem bark, Cramp Bark bark, Bethroot root, Organic Clove flower bud, Organic Cinnamon bark, fresh Wild Yam root, Organic Cardamom pod, Organic Orange peel.

Other Ingredients: US Pharmacopoeial alcohol (55-65% by volume), purified water, vegetable glycerine.

Gluten free. Vegan. No artificial preservatives, corn syrup, colors or flavors.

Acute – Take 40 drops (one half teaspoon) in water every three to four hours. Increase suggested use to 80 drops (one teaspoon) in water should you need more support/relief.

Proactive – As a preventative measure take 40 drops in water twice a day five days prior to menstruation.
