Maitake (Grifola
frondosa, dried fruiting body and mycelium). An internal
organ tonic, it protects and enhances the functioning of
internal organs, including the heart, liver, kidneys, nervous
system, lungs and stomach. It is also a cancer preventative
and useful in treating chronic fatigue immuno-dysfunction
syndrome (CFIDS).
Dose: Take 20-30 drop twice a day for at
least 100 days.
Marshmallow (Althaea
officinalis, fresh root). For any inflammation of the
digestive system, such as the mouth, stomach, intestines and
colon. Also soothes sore throats.
Dose: Take 20-40 drops up to five times
a day.
Warning: May cause
delayed absorption of other drugs taken at the same time.
Meadowsweet (Filipendula
ulmaria, dried pre-flowering herb). Aspirin substitute.
For inflammation of muscles or joints, rheumatic, arthritic
and gout. Offers relief in heartburn, hyperacidity, nausea,
cystitis, nephritis, menstrual cramps, gastritis and peptic
ulcers. Helps in reducing fevers.
Dose: Take 15-25 drops up to four times
a day.
Menopautonic (Dong
Quai/Vitex Complex). Decreases or stops menopausal symptoms
such as hot flashes, irritability, sweating, nervousness, insomnia,
urinary frequency and back pain. Lifts menopausal depression
within
a week.
Ingredients: Dong Quai, Vitex, Hawthorn flowers,
Black Cohosh, False Unicorn, Motherwort, Licorice, Passionflower,
Siberian Eleuthero, Pipsissewa, Cultivated American Ginseng,
Dulse.
Dose: Take 20-30 drops or one softgel early
morning and before retiring.

in pregnancy.
Migra-Free® (Feverfew/Periwinkle
Complex). Migra-Free® is effective in migraine headache attacks.
A truly wonderful preventative formula. Taken every day, it
prevents inflammation of blood vessels in the brain and stops
migraine headaches before they begin, even those headache attacks
resistant to conventional medicines.
Ingredients: Feverfew, Periwinkle, Ginkgo,
Meadowsweet, White Willow, Stevia.
Dose: During an acute migraine attack,
take 40 drops every hour until migraine subsides. As
a preventative, take 40 drops once a day. Can be taken
for an unlimited period of time. 

Milk
Thistle (Silybum marianum, dried seed). The premier
liver herb! Useful for chronic hepatitis, for fatty livers
of alcoholics or even for cirrhosis of the liver. Protects
the liver from harmful substances such as alcohol, fumes
and drugs, and stimulates its regeneration. Protects individuals
who may come in long-term contact with chemicals, metals
or aromatic hydrocarbons, such as solvents.
Dose: Take 10-25 drops up to three times
a day. 
Montezuma's
ReLeaf (Sweet Annie/Quassia Complex). Prevents
and counters amoebic, giardial or other types of parasitic
infections where infection produces intestinal gas, diarrhea
and mild to severe abdominal cramps. A must when traveling
in foreign countries. Use when there is pain in the lower
right abdomen, dull twinges with constipation or diarrhea,
and poor fat digestion and absorption.
Ingredients: Sweet Annie, Quassia, Oregon
Grape, Bistort, Ginger, Angelica, Bayberry.
Dose: Against infection, take 15-30 drops
every two to three hours. As a preventative, take 10
drops ten minutes before each meal.
Contraindications: Not
in pregnancy.

Motherwort (Leonurus
cardiaca, fresh flowering herb). Reduces water retention
and menstrual cramps. Decreases the amount, length and severity
of hot flashes and menopausal depression. Restores elasticity
and secretion of post-menopausal vaginal walls. Also excellent
for calming rapid heart beat, palpitation and hypertension
from thyroid stress.
Dose: Take 20-50 drops up to four times
a day.
Contraindications: Not
in pregnancy.
Mouth
Tonic (Myrrh/Goldenseal Complex). Used
primarily as an external treatment for mouth and gum sores,
bleeding gums, fever blisters, herpes sores and mouth ulcers
(aphtous stomatitis), sores from dentures, enlarged and
spongy tonsils and receding gums due to degeneration. Wonderful
for pyorrhea and periodontal disease. May also be taken
internally for colds and flu.
Ingredients: Echinacea, Myrrh, Goldenseal,
Propolis, Yerba Mansa, Bloodroot.
Dose: Apply with cotton swab twice a day.
Do not rinse. If stinging or irritation occurs, dilute
with a little water. Internally: 20-30 drops every two
to three hours. 
Mullein (Verbascum
thapsus, fresh top leaf). Specific for coughs, especially
in older asthmatic patients. Very useful for sub-acute or
chronic bronchitis, emphysema or chronic obstructive pulmonary
disease which worsens with nervousness.
Dose: Take 25-40 drops every three hours. 

Mullein/Garlic
Ear Drops FOR EXTERNAL
USE ONLY. Specific to prevent or reduce middle ear
infection (Otitis media). Acts as a gentle bacteriostatic,
helps to reduce pain and assists in establishing the proper
acidity/alkalinity ratio of the ear area.
Ingredients: Mullein flower, Garlic (fresh
cloves and oil), in a base of Olive oil and Vitamin
E.
Dose and usage directions: Warm the oil
to body temperature, put 1-4 drops in each ear, insert
sterile cotton in each ear to prevent dripping. Repeat
every six to eight hours.
Contraindications: Not in
perforated eardrums.

Seven Source (Reishi/Shiitake Complex).
